VOLCANOES!!!!
When volcanoes erupt they leave
behind ash. When they erupt lava
comes out of the top. Lava can make
more land and turns into molten rock.
Tectonic plates can force lava out of
the volcano. Did you know that a mountain
collapsed because the eruption of a volcano
was so hard. The port hills are made of volcanoes.
A volcano blocks out the sun when
it erupts. When lava erupts into water it cools very quickly. Lava is magma from the centre of the core. There is a thing called a magma chamber where magma aka lava is held. Volcanoes have a centre just of lava and the core of it is like the centre of the earth. Volcanoes may erupt & mountains up lift. When a volcano erupts millions of pieces of lava squirts out of the crater. Did you know in Hawaii there is a line of volcanoes. They formed the island from volcanoes erupting & lava turning into rock.
